Why we built this

Most CAM tools are built for tenants clawing money back. We built CAM Proof for the landlord, to catch your property manager’s mistakes, find what you’re not collecting, and issue a reconciliation your tenants can’t pick apart. You shouldn’t need a two-week consulting engagement to check your own numbers.

Proof, not promises

We validated the engine against a real federal CAM audit (Webster University, case 4:25-cv-01778), using the same lease and statement the auditors used, and matched their numbers to the cent. The tool runs those same forensic checks on your bill.
