Short version: we don’t store your documents, and we don’t sell anything you share.

What we collect

Two things: (1) the documents you upload, your lease, CAM statement, and (for the deep audit) your general ledger, used only to generate your report; and (2) your email, if you join the waitlist for the full audit.

Your documents aren’t stored

Uploaded documents are processed in memory to produce your report, then discarded, we don’t keep them. To read a PDF, its text is sent to our extraction provider (Google Gemini) to pull draft values; you can skip the AI and type the figures by hand instead.

Your email

If you join the waitlist, we store your email to contact you about the audit. We don’t sell or share it, and you can ask us to delete it any time.

Analytics

We use privacy-friendly analytics (Cloudflare) to count visits and pages, no cross-site tracking, no advertising cookies.

Third parties

We rely on Google Gemini (document text extraction), Render (hosting), and Cloudflare (delivery and analytics). We don’t share your data beyond what’s needed to run the service.

Your choices

Type figures by hand to skip the AI entirely. Email [email protected] to access or delete any data we hold about you.
