1. Informational tool, not professional advice

CAM Proof is software that compares the numbers you provide against the lease terms you confirm. It does not provide legal, accounting, tax, or other professional advice, and using it does not create any professional or fiduciary relationship. Always consult a qualified professional before acting on any output.

2. You confirm the inputs

Every figure the tool uses comes from data you upload and confirm. AI is used only to read documents into draft values that you review; you are responsible for the accuracy of the lease terms, amounts, and tags you confirm, and for any decision you make from the results.

3. No warranty / accuracy not guaranteed

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Findings may be incomplete or incorrect, including where inputs were misread or mis-entered.

4. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CAM Proof and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, revenue, or amounts billed, withheld, disputed, or recovered, arising from your use of the service — even if advised of the possibility. You use the service at your own risk.

5. Your documents

To read a PDF, document text is sent to our extraction provider (Google Gemini); you can also skip the AI and enter figures by hand. We do not sell or share documents you upload. Do not upload anything you do not have the right to process.

6. Beta

Features, availability, and pricing may change. The service may be unavailable or reset during beta. Anything provided free during beta may become a paid feature later.
